Terms of Use

1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“Player”, “Entrepreneur”) and the YieldOut development team (“Administration”).
1.2. By accessing the YieldOut Telegram mini-app, you agree to abide by these Terms. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
2. Account Registration
2.1. You register via your Telegram account when you first log in to the YieldOut Telegram mini-app. We collect the following data for account management and game functionality:
- Telegram User ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Username
- Language Code
- Premium Status (IsPremium)
- Permission to Write to PM (AllowsWriteToPm)
- Added to Attachment Menu (AddedToAttachmentMenu)
- Photo URL (Avatar)
- Last online date and time
This data is collected solely to manage your account and enhance your gaming experience. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
2.2. You are fully responsible for protecting your credentials, preventing unauthorized access to the YieldOut Telegram mini-app and your devices by third parties, and for your actions within the YieldOut Telegram mini-app, and clicking on external links. Sharing accounts, using bots, scripts, or other automation tools is strictly prohibited.
3. Directions and Strategic Units (SU)
3.1. You manage one or more Tech Directions, allocating Strategic Units (SU) to their focus areas (Marketing & Sales, R&D, Tech & Product Dev, Infrastructure, HR & Training, Finance & Analytics, Sustainability, Customer Service, Risk & Crisis Management).
3.2. You receive 11 SU per day; you may purchase SU limit expansions. Your SU allocations drive your direction’s revenue, popularity, and leaderboard rank.
4. Directions and Categories
4.1. Directions are categorized into five levels: Basic, Uncommon, Advanced, Innovative, and Cutting-edge. There are over 100 spheres of directions, including but not limited to AI, RoboTech, SpaceTech, Web3, LongevityTech, and BioTech.
4.2. You can start with a Basic direction purchased with credits. To obtain rarer categories, you may use the minting feature, which combines two directions that meet the minting conditions to potentially create a rarer direction. The chance of minting a rarer category depends on the parent directions, with rarer categories being more difficult to obtain.
5. Minting
5.1. Each direction initially has one mint available (this limit can be increased using credits). To mint, each parent direction must have a certain(specified within the YieldOut Telegram mini app) value of exteriance points (XP) and at least one available mint.
5.2. The cost of minting in credits is calculated dynamically after selecting the parent directions.
6. Popularity, XP, and Credits
6.1. Your directions begin generating credits and XP immediately after creation and the allocation of SU.
6.2. Popularity is a key metric that affects your position on the leaderboards. To enhance popularity and compete on leaderboards, you must convert your direction into a unique collectible item on the TON blockchain.
7. Leaderboards and Rewards
7.1. Leaderboards track the top players and directions based on various metrics, including popularity and ranking.
7.2. Rewards for leaderboard achievements may include TON, jettons, Telegram gifts, YieldOut credits, and other exclusive in-game items.
8. In-Game Currency and Purchases
8.1. Players earn YieldOut Credits through gameplay activities and can buy it for Telegram Stars.
8.2. TON, a cryptocurrency operating on The Open Network blockchain, is awarded as a special reward for exceptional in-game achievements (e.g., leaderboard rankings or milestone completions, etc). It is not used for in-game purchases.
8.3. Other rewards may include jettons (additional tokens built on the TON blockchain) and Telegram gifts (exclusive collectibles), enhancing your gameplay experience.
8.4. All in-game purchases (SU-limit expansions, Premium status, NFT Tech Direction minting, etc.) can only be made with Telegram Stars or YieldOut Credits. The exchange rate for Telegram Stars to YieldOut credits will be displayed within the application.
9. Prohibited Conduct
9.1. Hacking, reverse-engineering, tampering with client/server code, exploiting glitches, or bypassing security measures is strictly forbidden, except during authorized bug bounty events announced on the official Telegram channel @YieldOut, where such activities are permitted for the purpose of identifying security vulnerabilities and may be rewarded.
9.2. Distributing cheat tools or instructions for unauthorized access is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
10. Payments and Non-Refundable Purchases
10.1. All purchases made with Telegram Stars and YieldOut Credits are final.
10.2. Refunds, charge-backs, or reversals are not granted under any circumstances (technical errors, buyer’s remorse, service interruptions, etc.). However, in exceptional cases, you may contact support for dispute resolution.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All rights to the codebase, artwork, text, trademarks, and logos belong to the Administration or its licensors.
11.2. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use YieldOut solely for personal entertainment under these Terms.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
12.1. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
12.2. Under no circumstances shall the Administration be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
13. Relationship with Telegram
13.1. YieldOut is an independent project hosted on Telegram. Telegram is not involved in its development, operation, or support.
13.2. All questions, disputes, or support requests regarding gameplay, payments, or technical issues must be directed to YieldOut’s support team.
14. Amendments to These Terms
14.1. The Administration may modify these Terms at any time.
14.2. Updated Terms take effect upon publication in the mini-app and on the official website: https://yieldout.app/terms-of-use. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

By using the YieldOut Telegram mini-app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to not engage in any prohibited conduct as outlined in these Terms.
