Terms of Use
Effective date:
1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms form a legal agreement between you (User, Player, Entrepreneur) and the YieldOut development team (Administration).
1.2. By accessing the YieldOut Telegram mini-app you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
2. Account Registration
2.1. You register via your Telegram account at first log-in. We collect the data listed below solely to manage your account and deliver gameplay:
- Telegram User ID, first/last name, username, language code
- Premium status (isPremium), PM permission (allowsWriteToPm), attachment-menu flag (addedToAttachmentMenu)
- Avatar URL, last-online timestamp
We protect this data in line with applicable privacy laws.
2.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, preventing unauthorised access, and refraining from bots, scripts, or other automation tools.
3. Directions and Strategic Units (SU)
3.1. You manage one or more Tech Directions and allocate Strategic Units (SU) to focus areas such as Marketing & Sales, R&D, Tech & Product Dev, etc.
3.2. You receive 11 SU per day; SU-limit expansions may be purchased. Allocations drive revenue, popularity, XP, ratings and leaderboard rank.
4. Directions and Categories
4.1. Directions fall into five categories: Basic, Uncommon, Advanced, Innovative, and Cutting-edge. Over 100 fields exist (AI, SpaceTech, Web3, LongevityTech, etc.).
4.2. Begin with a Basic direction purchased with credits. Rarer categories are obtained through co-launching with another entrepreneur.
4.3. The final colour scheme and symbol of a direction card may differ from the preview shown during creation.
5. Co-Launching
5.1. Co-launching means partnering with another entrepreneur to create two new directions - one for each partner, by combining two eligible parent directions.
5.2.Each collectible direction can perform one to three co-launches. Parent directions must be active, have ≥ required XP, and an unused slot.
5.3. After a co-launch, parents enter cooldown until each earns the next XP threshold.
5.4. The probability of minting a higher-rarity direction depends on the parents; rarer outcomes are less likely.
5.5. The co-launch cost in credits is calculated dynamically after parent selection.
5.6. Exact probabilities are displayed before you confirm each co-launch.
5.7. Upon success each entrepreneur receives one new direction.
6. Popularity, XP, and Credits
6.1. Directions generate credits, popularity and XP immediately after creation and correct SU allocation, and they can decrease in case of inactivity or incorrect economic strategy.
6.2. Converting a direction into a unique collectible NFT on the TON blockchain is available. The collectible direction also receives a symbol, a unique number within its sector, access to co-launches with other entrepreneurs (to create directions in categories above Basic), and the ability to withdraw the credits it earns to your entrepreneur wallet and spend them in-app.
7. Leaderboards and Rewards
7.1. Leaderboards track entrepreneurs based on popularity and ranking. Historical standings are retained for up to seven (7) days.
7.2. Rewards may include YieldOut Credits and other in-game items. From time to time additional rewards - such as TON or Telegram Gifts - may be offered but are not guaranteed.
8. Data Retention
8.1. Records of leaderboard ranks, popularity metrics, credit accruals and etc are stored for up to about seven (7) days and may be purged automatically thereafter.
8.2. Non-essential historical data may be deleted periodically to optimise performance and comply with data-minimisation principles.
9. In-Game Currency and Purchases
9.1. Credits are earned via gameplay and purchasable for Telegram Stars. YieldOut Credits is in-game currency.
9.2. TON and Telegram Gifts may be awarded as an optional reward; it is not sold in-app.
9.3. All purchases (SU-limit expansions, co-launching, etc.) are processed via Telegram Stars or YieldOut Credits. Purchases are final and non-refundable.
10. Collectible Directions (NFTs)
10.1. Collectible directions are NFTs on TON Blockchain, each with a unique symbol and serial number. They are not financial instruments; YieldOut does not guarantee resale value.
11. Prohibited Conduct
11.1. Hacking, reverse-engineering, exploiting glitches, or distributing cheat tools is forbidden, except during official bug-bounty events announced at @YieldOut.
12. Payments and Non-Refundable Purchases
12.1. All purchases are final; no refunds or charge-backs.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1. All IP rights belong to the Administration or its licensors.
13.2. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal entertainment.
14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
14.1. The Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties.
14.2. The Administration is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
15. Relationship with Telegram
15.1. YieldOut is independent from Telegram; Telegram is not responsible for its operation.
16. Amendments
16.1. The Administration may modify these Terms at any time; updates take effect upon publication.
